Our turkeys are smoked with hickory wood and hand-rubbed with natural seasonings. They’re free of gluten, whey, sugar, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, artificial ingredients, preservatives, or dyes. No! It's already fully cooked and ready to eat! Any further heating will dry it out.
We recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature.
You can heat individual servings a little bit using a microwave or pan, but be careful not to dry it out.

All our turkeys are prepared identically to maintain consistency. With 2,500 turkeys smoked daily, custom requests aren’t feasible, but our classic recipe is a crowd-pleaser!
Our turkeys are not organic, free-range, cage-free, or kosher. They’re fully cooked and smoked to perfection, but they haven’t had a Bar Mitzvah. If you need strictly kosher, these aren’t for you.

Yes, you can refreeze it!
Yes! Our turkeys ship frozen and thaw during transit, arriving ready to eat. Upon receipt, store in the refrigerator for 7-10 days or refreeze. No further cooking is needed—serve chilled or at room temperature.
We ship our Turkeys via FedEx, and they all reach their destinations in 1 or 2 days. Once you receive your turkey, you can keep it in your refrigerator for at least 7-10 days, or you can refreeze it.
Pro Tip: Choose an arrival date a day or two before your event to account for unforseen shipping delays.

Check all possible delivery spots (front door, back door, garage, etc.), as FedEx may deliver as late as 9 PM. If tracking shows “exception” or “delayed,” contact us right away—or first thing the next morning if after hours. We’ll do everything to get a turkey to you!

Potential Variations: It might arrive a day early (which is usually a pleasant surprise), but it should not arrive later than selected. That said, we can't control external factors like weather delays, vehicle breakdowns, or carrier facility hold-ups.
